In order to participate in events and activities, each student must have a Youth Consent & Medical Release on file.
Fall Retreat
OPEN TO ALL 7TH-8TH GRADERS!
October 2-4 at Lake Williamson Christian Center in Carlinville, IL. Activities include Bible study & worship, wally-ball, low ropes course, lots of fun and fellowship, great food, and more!
Buses leave East White Oak Friday, October 2, at 5:00 PM. East before you come or bring food for the bus! We will not stop for food on the way to Lake Williamson. Buses return Sunday, October 4, around 3:00 PM.
Trip cost: $172 + money for lunch on the way home. There is a Bible memorization discount of $43 per chapter, up to 3. (Total $129). Talk to Pastor Walt if you have questions!
REGISTER BY SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27.
Step One
If your student did not attend the summer Mission to Michigan trip, you must complete the East White Oak medical release. Previous forms expired June 1.
Step Two
Fill out the Eagle Crest Adventure Waiver. (We will only use the low ropes course for this retreat).
This waiver can be printed and turned in to the youth room mailbox, or it can be completed digitally and emailed to [email protected].
Step Three
Fill out the East White Oak registration form. This step includes payment.
