Senior High Girls – Summer Study
This summer, the Senior High girls (incoming 9th graders – graduating seniors) will be going through Megan Fate Marshman’s “Relaxed” study. We will meet on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:00, beginning June 3rd. Register by May 24th.

Mission to Michigan
OPEN TO ALL CURRENT 6TH – 7TH GRADERS | JUNE 13 – 18, 2026
Our Junior Highers have the exciting opportunity to participate in our annual Mission to Michigan, while working with a Christian ministry called Encouragement Link near Felch, MI, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Cost: $175 + money for meals on the way there and back
Three Steps to Register for Mission to Michigan:
STEP ONE
2026/2027 Medical Release
Even if you have filled out a Medical Release in the past, you must fill out a new form. Prior medical release forms will expire June 1, 2026.
STEP TWO
Student Application, Parent Form, & Encouragement Link Consent Form
Fill out these forms with pen and paper or use Adobe to fill out the PDF on your computer. Return paperwork to the Youth Room Mailbox or e-mail to [email protected].
STEP THREE
East White Oak Registration
This step will include payment.
Cost: $175 Trip Fee + 4 meals while traveling
First Installment Due: Sunday, May 3, 2026 ($75)
Second Installment Due: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 ($100)
Lead THE Cause | Denver, CO
OPEN TO ALL CURRENT 8TH – 12TH GRADERS | JULY 5 – 12, 2026
This summer our Senior High (including current 8th – 12th Grades) will be traveling to Denver, CO, to attend Lead THE Cause. Lead THE Cause is a week-long evangelism training and discipleship event put on by Dare2Share. A limited number of spots are available for this trip. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by November 16.
Cost: $650 (to be paid in three installments, if necessary) + money for meals during travel

Second Installment Due: March 1, 2026 ($300)
Third Installment Due: May 3, 2026 ($300)

Lead THE Cause Registration
If you have filled out the East White Oak trip registration form and submitted at least the trip deposit, your registration is reserved with our block of registrations, however, Lead THE Cause still doesn’t know who you are or who you’d like to room with in Denver. The instructions below will walk you through the final steps to complete the registration process.
This step MUST be completed by June 9, 2026.
