  5. All ovens will be set at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Plan accordingly.
  6. Two conventional (like you have at home) and two convection ovens will be available.  Two coolers and two freezers will be available.
  7. Each team will make enough of their product, for small bites of it to be available to at least one member of each of the other teams.
  8. Arguments will be considered “poor form” and shall be dealt with accordingly.
  9. Judging of the products will be performed by all entrants and facilitators with fabulous[iii] prizes to these three categories:
  • Taste
  • Appearance
  • “Presentation” (Each team will need to be prepared to “present” their product in a three minute or less speech to the other participants.

(i.e. If your entry tastes and looks horrible, you still have a shot at winning in this category, but your presentation had better be great.)

[i] Or at least “kind of fun”.

[ii] Or “somewhat adequate”

[iii] Or “quite possibly lame”.
