Boxed lunches from Jason’s Deli include sandwich, chips, pickle, cookie, and water. Vegetarian and Gluten Free lunches are available by request. Suggested $7 donation per lunch.

Drop off and pick up in front of the Beach House (where the restrooms are located). Enjoy a scenic ride around Comlara Park.
This is a popular spot for older kids, teens, and adults!
Look for volleyball, Spike Ball, and more as you explore Comlara Park and enjoy the afternoon with friends!

Saturday Night, September 7
Free Group Camping (Tents Only!) on Saturday night before the picnic.
Arrive anytime on Saturday! The whole park is open for recreation, campfires, and cookouts. Check-out extends through 3:00pm on Sunday, so once the picnic has ended you’ll have plenty of time to collect your items and cleanup.
Additional Camping Details –
- The Main Recreation Area (MRA) group site is reserved for church on Saturday, Sept 7. (This is at the north end of the parking lot where we park for the picnic)
- No individual check in is needed to tent camp at the MRA group site on Saturday, Sept. 7.
- Tents only are allowed in campsite area. There is no limit on # of tents
- No vehicles on grass. Walk in only.
- Campsite has 2 fire rings and approximately 10 picnic tables.
- Additional portable off the ground fire pits for more fires can be brought in.
- Grills can be brought in.
- Check out of the campsite is 3:00pm Sunday and tents can stay up until that time.
- No Campers. If someone wants to camp in camper they will have to get a site on the campground.
- In addition to the beach house, water is conveniently located throughout the Main Recreation Area (MRA) modern campground. Hot showers and a sanitary dump station are also provided in modern areas. Firewood, ice, and fishing worms are only available during the regular business hours of the Visitor Center and MRA Campground Station. The campground is open year-round.
