In this edition of the Oak Leaf, you will read several “testimonies.” What is a “testimony”? A testimony is simply a person telling their story of how Jesus saved them and what Jesus means to them.

In the verse above, we see that God’s Word encourages us to speak of our redemption. We are to speak up and tell our story of how the Lord has saved us, redeeming us from the worst trouble of all, the condemnation for being a rebel from God…

Every Christian testimony is a miracle story.

God uses various ways and means of bringing someone to Himself but the consistent center of every conversion account is a miraculous transformation from spiritual death to life. It’s both amazing and encouraging to hear people glorify God, honor the Holy Spirit, and exalt Jesus as they describe their faith journey. May this edition of the OakLeaf cause your heart to rejoice over the wonderful ways the Lord has worked to draw people from our church family to Himself.
